Attendance/Groups

Logos II easily tracks participation in Sunday School and other classes, as well as any other groups that people attend - including your Worship services! You can even use this module to enter group statistics for groups where no individual attendance is being recorded.

Photo ID Cards

Provide attractive, useful photo ID cards that can be scanned in recording attendance and that help group members and leaders quickly learn names.

Fast Attendance Check-In

Logos' Attendance Check-In routine checks people into any group you desire, and it only takes a few seconds for each individual or family. Attendance records are updated "on-the-fly" and you can pre-set the system to quickly print one or more customized name tags for each person.

Quick Attendance Entry

Logos provides multiple options for quickly entering attendance data, either by keystrokes of by use of a scanner. For example, Rosters and/or Name tags can be printed with barcodes to enable quickly scanning of attendance entries into Logos. You can use scanners connected to your terminals or wireless units to instantly record attendance now. Or you can use remote hand-held scanners and then import the data in a few seconds at any time after the session.

Pledges

Pledges can be recorded and compared with giving at any time, and giving to multi-year pledges can be tracked. Plus, pledge reminder coupons or letters can be sent out at any time, showing each person's progress toward fulfilling their commitment.

Non-deductible Income Tracking

Non-deductible income can be recorded for your convenience, and is automatically excluded from printing on statements, unless you specifically ask for it to print - and then it prints separately, clearly labeled as not qualifying for donation credit.

Unlimited Funds

Giving to an unlimited number of funds can be tracked - a great asset for recording giving to missionaries, organizations, and your ongoing operational funds.

Automatically Update Accounting

You have the option to link directly to Logos Accounting so that posting automatically updates your Income and Asset accounts in General Ledger. This provides a secure audit trail for your financial records.

Event Registration

This add-on module within Logos II Church Management combines the power of Attendance and Contributions into one convenient data entry window. You can easily register individuals for events, record any associated fees and payments, and print a variety of useful reports. PhoneTree® is a telephone messaging system that easily interfaces with Logos Management Software, delivering information to selected individuals with the click of a button. No more hassles with busy signals or answering machines - PhoneTree does it all, including email and text-messaging.

Security

Logos programs are password-protected, allowing the System Administrator to quickly assign each user a unique level of program access. Access levels can quickly be set to block a person from an entire module (Contributions, Payroll, etc.), one or more particular menus (Utilities), or specific routines on any menu. You can even limit access to all or selected tabs within Preferences and selected Data Entry routines.

Backup/Restore Data

Logos provides a quick, easy routine to safely backup data files as a protection against system problems. If it ever becomes necessary, the companion Restore routine quickly returns a backup into your active directory.

Automatic/Secure Offsite Backup Storage

You have the option to purchase our Logos Global Backup , which allows you to define a schedule for automatically backing up data, with the additional option to transmit the backups via the Internet to a secure server location - either your own or one managed for you by Logos.
